This is an online space where you can:

– Connect with others on the same journey

– Find your own path to healing and recovery

– Discover who you are, what you like and what you need after a lifetime of masking

– Reconnect with your body and the parts of yourself that have been ignored or surpressed for as long as you can remember

– Learn more about AuDHD in women and know that your needs and experiences are valid and real

– Share appropriate anger about gender bias, women’s rights, systems that are failing us and the lack of understanding and research about neurodiversity in women

– Know that it’s not your fault that you’re in burnout – it’s a protective measure from the parts of you that have been compensating since you were little

– Learn about the typical crunch points for AuDHD women and the impact of critical life events – perinatal, perimenopause, menopause, grief, trauma, loss, etc

– Learn how to heal from the trauma of living undiagnosed with your needs continually dismissed or misunderstood

– Learn about burnout as a function that is trying to protect us

– Learn about the nervous system, how burnout is a function that is trying to protect us and find ways to regulate that don’t make things worse

– Learn to trust yourself, your instincts and what feels right for you

– Celebrate the small wins, because life is lived in the small details

– Find your calm and your confidence again, or maybe for the first time
