self-to-part supervision

so that you can bring your very best self to your clients and live your personal and professional life to the full

Are you a psychologist using IFS?

And would you like to:

  • unlock the wisdom of your internal family system?
  • experience more self-energy in your sessions?
  • explore your own parts that show up in your client work?
  • unburden so that your parts can become your internal team?

If yes, then this is for you.

Self-to-Part Supervision offers a monthly facilitated session where you can consult with your own internal team, process in a supportive group and gain invaluable insight into your client-work from the perspective of your own system, so that you can experience more of all the 8C’s – calm, clarity, compassion, confidence, connection, courage, creativity and curiosity.

In addition to the monthly session, you will also have access to the Roots & Wings check-ins on Monday mornings, Wednesday lunchtime and Friday afternoons, so you can build a strong and lasting relationship with the parts you have explored in the Self-to-Part Supervision session, meaning you will reap significant and long-term benefits.

Your parts are your greatest champions and your fiercest supporters. They are  longing to connect with you and they have so much to offer if we give them the  time and space to listen.

These sessions will expand and accelerate your IFS practice in a way that is just right for you, because your parts know you best.

Of course you can do this under your own steam, but if you’re anything like me then you will be much more committed and gain much more progress in a group, because we were never meant to carry it all alone.

Investment: £1,500 for the year (or £175 if you prefer to pay monthly), which includes 10 x 2 hour sessions and check-ins for the following month – that’s 60 hours of direct support from an experienced HCPC Registered Psychologist with a big heart for seeing people flourish.

I truly believe psychology can change the world, and wouldn’t we all like to live in a world that was safer, kinder and more connected?

My passion is to support psychologists and therapists, because this feels like the best use of my limited time and energy. I’m largely housebound with a neurological disorder and I love to see and hear about the ripple effect that my support can have in so many places and in so many ways for so many different people.

I’m offering what I needed when I first discovered IFS, so that you can experience the benefits quicker and easier than I did, so that you’re able to bring your very best self to your clients and live your personal and professional lives to the full.
