We’ll meet for 2 hours each Wednesday on zoom (term time only) 9.30-11.30 – an oasis in the desert, a shelter from the storm, like hot chocolate and a cosy blanket on the sofa in front of a warm fire or a long chat with an old friend.

This is a space where you’re welcome just as you are, with no expectations, judgements or obligations; a space where you can belong as your authentic, whole self; a safe space to rant, rage, grieve and grow.

Using a compassionate, gentle, deeply respectful and powerfully transformative combination of IFS, somatic movement/awareness, creative arts, solution focused therapy and nervous system regulation we will heal and grow together so that you can bring your very best self to your clients and live your personal and professional life to the full

There are 6 places available on the Roots & Wings Wounded Healers programme, so we can keep the group small with an intimate feel. You are asked to commit to at least one term, to maintain the group dynamics. What you need:

  • A private space where you feel safe and comfortable
  • A willingness to co-create a safe and nurturing space where all our parts are welcome and we can each feel free to bring our authentic selves with no judgement or expectations
  • A4 journal or scrap book
  • Pens, preferably a range of colours, for writing and quick sketches (no skill needed)
  • Artists sketch book (A3 or larger)
  • Oil pastels (pack of 50+ is ideal)
  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket
  • Cushions
